Chef ENDA Mc CORMACK from Killruddery House and Gardens plus special guests present a cooking demonstration with gentry style poultry with all the trimmings. The show include a tasting of summer wines. Reserve your ticket – or at door if available.Tickets €10.

Chef GLEN PATON from the Royal Hotel Bray cooks salmon fit for a king alongside some signature dishes.
Druid Chef Rory Morahan combines fresh Wicklow farm ingredients with an organic twist in the live theatre. Admission: Free

One of the highlights of this years food festival with 3 restaurants on Bray Seafront combining forces to give an extraordinary demonstration and mix of their menus. Stephen has worked in some of the top kitchens around the world including Fauchon in Paris, Nicos (ninety park lane), London, Basement in Sweden and Otto in Auckland. He took over as Head Chef at L’Ecrivain, Dublin’s Michelin star restaurant. Tickets €10.
