Foodie Weekend of Markets and Cooking Demonstrations by Top Chefs - Bray Seafront

Top Irish Chefs will be giving cookery demonstrations at the Bia Theatre on the Seafront this weekend. Where tickets are required, book online at Summerfest. Go along to see:

Saturday Night 30th July 7pm :

Chef ENDA Mc CORMACK from Killruddery House and Gardens plus special guests present a cooking demonstration with gentry style poultry with all the trimmings. The show include a tasting of summer wines. Reserve your ticket – or at door if available.Tickets €10.
Sunday 31st July 12 noon:

Chef GLEN PATON from the Royal Hotel Bray cooks salmon fit for a king alongside some signature dishes.

Druid Chef Rory Morahan combines fresh Wicklow farm ingredients with an organic twist in the live theatre. Admission: Free

Sun 31st July 3pm

DEREK DUNNE from Chefs Creation and PAUL KELLY of the Merrion  Hotel display their talents. Tickets €10.

Sun 31st July 7pm

One of the highlights of this years food festival with 3 restaurants on Bray Seafront combining forces to give an extraordinary demonstration and mix of their menus. Chefs ALAN ELLIOTT, FRAN BROUGHAL and SEAN NELSON representing The Beach House, Tower Bistro and The Esplanade Hotel cook from their extensive menus. The show also includes wine tasting, food sampling and foodie bags. Tickets €10.

Druid Chef Rory Morahan cooks a treat of seafood 50 yards from the seashore. Admission Free

A cooking demonstration from Chef STEVE GIBSON of Pichet Restaurant display techniques in creating his signature dishes.

Stephen has worked in some of the top kitchens around the world including Fauchon in Paris, Nicos (ninety park lane), London, Basement in Sweden and Otto in Auckland. He took over as Head Chef at L’Ecrivain, Dublin’s Michelin star restaurant. Tickets €10.

A double Bank Holiday billing with Chef Karl from Vinny Hanlron Catering displaying some unique BBQ skills whilst telling stories of the famous celebs he has cooked and ….

Chef LEE SIMS display the art of creating Tapas and the creation of dishes with the nations favourite tipple, Porterhouse Plain Stout.

Mon 1st Aug 7pm

An amazing mix of styles from Chef MARCO ROCCASALVO of Campo De Fiori and Chakra by Jaipur. Italian cuisine meets Indian cuisine will leave you with plenty of tastes to talk about.
